1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity. A business is a natural or legal person, or a legal partnership, who acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with AVIOR Design UG (limited liability).

By placing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided in the order process.

The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the items in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

Available language(s) for contract conclusion: German

We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1 Shipping Costs

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs of EUR 4.90 apply for standard shipping.

4.2 Delivery Options

We deliver the products to the delivery address provided during the order process.

We only ship goods. Self-collection is not possible.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices

The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. These are total prices and include statutory VAT.

5.2 Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Credit Card
During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your login data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order.

PayPal may offer additional payment methods to selected customers in their account, based on their own criteria. We have no influence over these additional payment options.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

Statutory liability for defects applies.

7. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here.

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
